1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using CanvaTool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, render and display your designs so the service can function, including generating previews and exports.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload material you have no right to use, content that is unlawful, or files intended to attack the service or its users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this rule.

5. Templates and assets

Templates, stickers, icons and illustrations supplied by CanvaTool may be used in your designs, including commercially. They may not be redistributed or resold as standalone assets.

6. Plans and limits

Free and visitor sessions have daily export and AI limits and a maximum export resolution. Premium removes those limits as described on the Pricing page. Limits may change with reasonable notice.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
